# INTRODUCTION

**NFT shares (aka E-NFT) are a concept invented by Atomic Studio (powered by Herobook). E-NFT will act as shares of the project, and they will have four main values:**

**Ownership value:** owners of E-NFTs will have the right to participate in voting, orientation, etc. for the project that the E-NFT represents. § Profit value: owners of E-NFTs will be allowed to share profits with the project during operation.

**Profit value:** owners of E-NFTs will be allowed to share profits with the project during operation.

**Exchange value:** E-NFT can completely exchange, buy, and sell on the exchange easily.

**Use value:** In addition to representing project shares, E-NFT is also worth using in the project and collecting like any other normal NFT.
